Refund Policy

At Cairns Scuba Tech our refund policy is simple. If there is an issue with your purchase you can return it within 14 days if it hasn't been in the water and has all the original packaging.

 

If an item does not fit, you may exchange the item for another size

No refunds are given for a change of mind.

In any case listed above, the return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty

All manufacturer warranties will be honoured based on the individual policies of each supplier. Cairns Scuba Tech will do their best to sort out any issue you may have with your equipment should there be an issue. All final decisions on warranty claims will be ultimately the manufacturers choice.
